Workcover QLD Price Update
The Workcover Queensland price update is now available to download through Administration - System Configuration - Billing Setup - "Price Update - Published File".

Advisory - Internet Explorer version 11
Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 11 was released last week. This update changes a number of items on a PC that are used by Internet Explorer, of which some are used (indirectly) by practiX.
Sites using Internet Explorer version 11 have experienced instability within health records when looking at clinical history, especially when rapidly changing pages.
The error appears as 'msp.exe has stopped working'. The practiX team are examining the problem, however for now, we are strongly recommending clients do not upgrade Internet Explorer to version 11.
To check your version, from within Internet Explorer go to Help > About. You may also see an option to Install New Versions Automatically which can be de-selected.
If you are already experiencing this issue, the only way for now to resolve it is to revert back to Internet Explorer version 9 which does not have the problem.
Please click here if you would like information about how to do this. For those sites using eHealth features, please note HIE Suite and our PCEHR Viewer has not been tested with Internet Explorer version 11.
